I have asked for accommodations for a mental illness with my employer as well as it has been accepted verbally, but when we received a written acknowledgment it contained a matter that was false as well as we have requested a shift in wording. The judgment we wish altered says " remedy controls her moods." we wish it altered to "medication helps her moods." My employer has been boring their feet on this as well as right away wish to seek authorised advice. My company is also going thru layoffs as well as I'm fearful we will be next. My questions are 1} am we protected from lay off as well as 2} do we need to deliberate an profession to get a denunciation altered in a employers reply letter?
